The Barkworthy Notes Newsletter
The actual playbook of a trader who does this for a living,
written before the bell, every session.
You're not buying opinions or forecasts. You're getting the same trade plan I'm working from. Built around NQ — what I trade for a living — with ES running in sync. Covers higher-timeframe setups and swing positioning. Identical setups, one plan.
Daily Trade Plan Context
Every plan is built on Barky's Dynamic Trend Following system — the framework I trade live and teach in the same breath. You don't just get the levels; you learn how I read them, walked through in real time so you're building the skill, not chasing the call.
Three Level Framework
Every edition gives you three levels, anchored to real structure. The levels update every day, their roles don’t.
Buyers take full control above the session’s Level #1 and accumulate for upside as long as failed breakdowns into B/B #2 and Level #3 keep getting bought.
For bearish reversals, sellers have to find acceptance below Level #3.
You walk into every session reading the same map.
How to enter
A level is just a line until you know how to trade it. You could take it on the level alone — they’re that good — but the real key is my Lower-Timeframe Diagonal Entry Model: one repeatable entry for any pre-planned level, turning levels into trades.
Teaching that execution is the whole point of this newsletter: define risk, take partials, trail a winner, inside a fixed framework.
Methodology: The Final Guide
Success in markets comes down to selectivity: know your one edge, and let go of every setup that doesn't serve it. Mine is the Diagonal Entry Model — the foundation of how I read price, and the one setup I've kept since I built it in 2022. What's changed isn't the model; it's my ability to explain it. The legacy course was a long read built on heavy examples. The 2026 Trading Course is the definitive walkthrough — simple market-structure concepts, aligned with EMA 9 trend structure and inter-timeframe relationships.
